At the end of last month we welcomed a brand new piling rig to the ABI Equipment hire fleet.
The ABI Mobilram TM20 telescopic leader rig is a powerful and robust machine, capable of tackling the most demanding of projects – yet retaining the versatility and manoeuvrability that the ABI rigs are well known for.
This rig arrived in the UK from our factory in Niedernberg, Germany along with an MDBA7000 auger drive, and powerful MRZV 36VV vibro. The rig has a 470kW EU Stage V compliant engine equipped with ABI’s patented Efficiency Drive System, offering exceptional fuel efficiency together with greatly reduced exhaust and sound emission levels.
After completing it’s final inspection and checks it was a rapid turnaround for the rig before leaving for it’s first job this week. This rig will be following on from others in our hire fleet and assisting with some of the smart motorway works currently taking place across the UK.
